EU Consortia & Partnership Models

Partner with IMOBI

For EU partners, working with IMOBI means immediate access to a multi-jurisdictional structure, an active grant pipeline, and a unique deployment territory — without building the infrastructure from zero.

01 — Partnership Value

What the EU Partnership Unlocks

For EU partners, working with IMOBI means immediate access to a multi-jurisdictional structure, an active grant pipeline, and a unique deployment territory — without building the infrastructure from zero.

01

Brazil Without the Bureaucracy

This is what IMOBI US/EU exists for. Running a project in Brazil normally means currency exchange, local contracts, tax compliance, institute KYC and cross-border coordination. IMOBI absorbs all of it: EU partners contract a single US/EU entity, in euro or dollar, under standard agreements — and the entire Brazilian operational overhead is handled invisibly on our side. You get Brazilian R&D capacity and pilot territory without ever touching Brazilian bureaucracy.

02

Full Access to the EU Grant Ecosystem

IMOBI holds active EU Funding Portal eligibility and EU consortium partners in place — access to Horizon Europe (CL3, CL4, Missions), LIFE, CORNET, IraSME, Eurostars, EIC Accelerator and EU-LAC. Brazil's bilateral S&T agreement with the EU enables co-funded Horizon activities via CONFAP-FINEP.

03

A Unique Pilot Territory

Northeast Brazil — 9 states, 57 million people — offers hydrological, climatic and urban conditions not replicable within Europe. Tropical convective rainfall, near-zero permeability soils and urban flash floods create scientific conditions absent from European datasets. UFCG was recognised by Newsweek among global technopoles for technology-driven development.

04

R&D Capacity at Brazilian Cost

IMOBI leads internationally — opening consortium doors, managing grant strategy and coordinating partners. R&D is delivered through a network of Brazilian research institutes as primary partner, making 250+ researchers available at Brazilian cost structures — a real margin advantage in Horizon technical work packages.

05

LATAM Market via Established Infrastructure

For EU partners seeking Latin America's largest market, IMOBI provides an operational structure in Brazil since 2017. As a member of ENRICH in LAC, IMOBI connects European partners to Brazilian ecosystems. The Lusophone corridor — Portugal–Brazil — is a strategic asset for any Lusophone-facing initiative.

06

EU–US Transatlantic Bridge via Florida

IMOBI Holdings LLC (Florida) operates as the US strategic hub — access to USTDA, US programmes and the American market for critical systems. Via the Enterprise Europe Network, IMOBI connects to a transatlantic network spanning 600+ organisations across 40+ countries.

02 — Collaboration Model

A Two-Way Relationship

IMOBI does not seek partners to fill technical gaps — we bring comprehensive AI, embedded systems, digital twins and data infrastructure capability. What we seek is strategic complementarity and mutual market access.

What IMOBI brings

  • Active grant pipeline with EU partners and prioritised calls
  • Real pilot territory in Northeast Brazil with existing governance structures
  • Proprietary governance-aware AI infrastructure (licensed background technology)
  • Brazilian R&D capacity with all local overhead handled by IMOBI
  • Active multi-jurisdictional presence — BR + US + EU
  • International networks: ENRICH GLOBAL, ENRICH in LAC, EEN
  • Access to LATAM markets via established operational structure

04 — Background IP Licensing

Constitutional AI as Background IP

IMOBI's constitutional AI infrastructure is available as background IP to consortia and enterprise integrations. It is contributed as existing technology — not developed inside the project — which is what allows it to enter a consortium IP arrangement as background rather than as a result.

The licensing model is discussed under NDA. For a consortium, the practical consequence is a governance-aware deployment layer available from day one of the project, without the project having to fund its development.

Let's build something real together
